Hal & Jenny Mayberry's 2008 Adventures
|
In
January the Mayberry family took a week's winter vacation to Lake Tahoe.
Hal, Jenny, Mike, Sandy, Matthew and Cassandra Lee traveled to the high
Sierra's for in the snow and we had plenty of snow. There were many snow-balls thrown, sledges ridden and slippery roads driven. It was all great fun so take a look at a few pictures. Click here to see some pictures. |

March brought a trip to Jamaica
with Jerry and Marylyn Mitchell and it got off to a rough start. The day
before we were to leave, our resort closed leavening us scrambling for a
place to stay. It all worked out OK and we spent the week at Riu Negril.
Except of the bug bites, it was fine. Click here for our Jamaican get-away |

May was the right time to be on the Kona coast
of the big island of Hawaii. We spent eight days in a ocean-front condo
with friends Don and Linda Peters. We did the usual things ... ate fish,
snorkeled, visited the volcano, saw waterfalls, drove to Hilo and
generally had a great time. Don rented a bicycle and continued his
training for his "Race Across America" in June. Click here for our Hawaiian adventure. |
