Welcome to Hal & Jenny's 2005 Pacific Coast Road Trip

In July, 2005, Jenny and I took a road trip up the Pacific coast. It was the first real road trip that we have attempted since the 80's and we had a great time. Over a period of three weeks we traveled over 3600 miles. We played golf, visited friends, and saw the sights. The pictures that I have included here show some, but not all of this trip.
The trip started from our home in San Diego and included golf in Lompoc, California, a visit to Monterey, Ca, a visit with Barbara Willcockson in Danville, Ca, golf in Bodega Bay, Ca, Redwood National Park in California and Crater Lake National Park in Oregon. We played golf in Bend Oregon and Marysville Washington.
We stayed with dear friends Jerry and Marylyn Mitchell at their home near the Canadian border in Everson Washington. We spent several days with the Mitchell's in Canada.
Our new Lexus was fun to drive with its Satellite Navigation system and satellite radio. We shared the driving and listened to several Books-on-CD. Jenny probably drove more miles then I did
I hope you enjoy the pictures ..... send us some email.
